• Due to the nature of the automated computer system, if multiple guests make reservations for one room at almost the same time, in rare cases, multiple reservations for one room may be accepted. In this case, we will give priority to the reservation made as early as possible. For other reservations, we will inform you by phone or email within a few hours and cancel the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please let us know if you plan to check in after 18:00.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
• Credit card payments are not accepted when using various coupons. Thank you for your understanding.
• Curfew is 23:00.
• Please note that if you make a reservation for two Japanese-style rooms, the rooms will be divided into the first and second floors and will not be adjacent to each other.
• A separate hot spring tax is required. (150 yen per person).
• If you pass the check-in time, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation, so please be sure to contact the accommodation facility if you are late.
• If you wish to cancel, please use the “Confirm, Change, Cancel” button on the Rakuten Travel homepage whenever possible.
